Villians are regulars. Is my play bad here? I dont think we get call from worse than Jd very often.

In terms of it being played in a vacuum then no, you shouldn't x/f, I think your cbet is +EV overall.

Only problem is that you have a 100% cbet range here.

Don't think it's terrible but I'd just x/f OTF. No backdoor draws, multiway, doesn't hit our range, plenty of draws for them to continue with, someone could easily have a 9...forget it.

I can't see how the river bluff can be +ev into two players, just given the probability of at least one of them holding a semi-decent diamond.
