Villain is passive/weak/tight, as is the 25NL norm. I just don't see many villains at this level betting this large on the turn with anything I beat, excepting TT. (Keep in mind it is a three bet pot)

It's a pretty strong move for villain to be 3-betting out of the SB and firing flop and turn. If you've never seen him fire a 2nd barrel you can find a fold as played, imo.
