Preflop: UTG raises with what? 99+, AQ+, maybe AJs, KQs, maybe even a slight chance of JTs. That about right? I too, would have just called. Button is getting almost 2 1/5 to one, so his range could be pretty wide here. Most SCs, connectors, small-medium pairs, maybe AK or AQs.

Flop: Villian bets into two players. If he c/bets 70% of the time, even into two players, then I prolly call. He could have TT or QQ+, but maybe he has 99, or two overs. If he did play JTs then he has TP. Based on your assumption of c/bets, I prolly call. Hard to put the button on a hand here. He s getting 3.63 to 1 to call. Draw maybe? TP? Can't see him calling with a 3 or 4.

Turn: Villian checks, so sure makes the flop look like a c/bet. I prolly make it more like $6.
