if we call and villain fires all 3 streets it depends on the texture of the board and sizing of his bets. but using this as a reason to 3 bet is like saying "i'm scared of playing postflop because i could face xyz situation" IMO.
Im starting to see where your coming from. It is probably because i struggle to play OOP in these situations that i would rather 3bet than call and have to make tough decisions.
