I do not understand all the stats you are using, but I call pre. As played, I probably fold to the 4bet (you are set mining with JJ here, and SPRs are too low for that). As played, I check turn. As played, I fold river. You probably have 3rd best hand here. SB most likely has AQ/7s, UTG has AA/KK.

I want to get the hand to showdown postflop without putting any more money in.

Just call the river, he shows up with AK or 10/10 enough here to make it profitable. Your getting 5 to 1 so you really only have to be good 20% of the time and not that I think your good the majority of the time but 20% I think is fair to say.

call preflop against a 28/9 raising UTG+1. Don't turn JJ into a bluff. Calling the min-raise 4bet is fine since SB is in the pot and you have close to actual odds needed to set mine (actual odds are $2.25 needed to win around $11.50, one c-bet provides sufficient implied odds).

If you want to bet turn, bet more, not some gay amount. Check turn. I will be happy checking this hand down the entire way. I don't think you can bluff out KK/AA either.

Fold river. I don't think your hand is good at all. I'm probably fine calling against SB since he can easily have a lower pair 88-TT but with UTG+1 behind us - and probably not folding his KK/AA to such small bets - I fold here.

I Just bet the turn trying to get value from smaller pairs 1010 and lower, also trying to fold out hands like AK. But after he shoved the river I had to fold with the UTG+1 behind me... He ended up folding as well, So i don't know if I had the best hand or not. It really doesn't make sense of him having a Q. seems more like 1010 or maybe 77 there.. not sure what he would Flat a 4bet with oop...
