Villain is 25/20/1.2AF 3b=6.7 fCB=64 after 400hands.

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
SB ($25.90)
BB ($25)
UTG ($26.50)
Hero ($29.85)
CO ($30.81)
BTN ($47.68)

Dealt to Hero 6 6

fold, Hero raises to $0.75, fold, BTN calls $0.75, fold, BB calls $0.50

FLOP ($2.35) 8 8 6

BB checks, Hero bets $1.36, BTN calls $1.36, BB folds

TURN ($5.07) 8 8 6 4

Hero bets $3.25, BTN raises to $6.50, Hero ?

If I call the minraise the pot will be $18 and we have $21 behind. I think given he's passive 3betting small is a good choice here. Even if it's super strong he might still peel draws, 77/99/TT (btw it looks he's looking for a cheap showdown with these here) and continue with his 8x, 75 and boats. I feel jamming has a lot of FE and calling leaves too much money behind and he's passive enough to check river behind. I could call and jam river myself, but it doesn't feel like a good option. What's your line here?

I like this, you could bet a bit more on the turn as well as I think anything villain continues with will call/raise a bigger bet

If the river shows an A,9,7 or 4 which likely to hit his range of 8x and he bet big. It could be a hard situation for you. I would shove right here.

I'd call and b/c river ~$10. I think he's more likely to call a river bet than to call a 3-bet ott.

It's strong to take that line and when calling his turn raise hes likely to shutdown when he is on a pure bluff or weak hands.

So i'm for shoving it right here as it looks weaker.

I'd shove. Villain probably has trips or a straight and isn't folding.

If he has trips/straight the money's going in otr anyway, so I'd prefer calling turn to keep his range wider.

Get it in ott. Clicking it back sounds good too. A lot of cards will kill your action otr.

Why would we ever click it back???

Because it has likely lower FE than a shove? Depends obviously on how villain perceives it - if there is history.

When I see his betsize I can think of quads, 8x, (semi)bluffs and boats, but no straights really... 75 even though youre little deep but still kinda unlikely+ he´d raises straights bigger to get more value from fds same somewhat applies to a pure 8 cause he´s got tone of reverse implieds if you r flushdrawing, so since there are A TON of bluffs in his range here i call and let him bluff the river or catch up with hearts, + you still get a stack by most of his pure 8´s if you just call

I think I like clicking it back best. Shoving has too much FE, calling puts us in tricky spot on the river.
