Ok, so I haven't read any responses and I have a sneaking suspicion I'm being redundant but.....

Money --> Pot
and try not to jizz on your keyboard in the process.

Yeah, make it $8 and shove the turn. Not sure what kind of a flop you are looking for with QJs - this is the perfect flop. When there's already 5 flush cards accounted for, it reduces the odds that someone else has 2 of them, same as AA/KK is reduced when you have AK. Flush>Flush isn't that common on 3 flush flops, maybe a little more than set>set.

I'd be getting it in here if I had 75 never mind the 3rd nuts.

Whehe, indeed... shoveth to da max. I raise these kinds of hands as well every now and then (but properly, meaning 3-4BB) and can only dream of a flop like this.

Sure, you'll get beaten every now and then by the single Ah but overall you're ahead of just about everything. If not shove on this flop, when to shove (apart from a nice ThKhAh flop).

Yeah I would shove. Him betting the pot seems to me being trips and trying to scare off those holding lone h's. If I flopped a nut flush I would try to keep a few people around by checking or a smaller bet. If not shove, then at least a good size raise to see if he comes over the top. though I would be very worried if the Board pairs.

OK, now that its been beaten to death that Hero should get his money in ASAP on this flop (seriously Damani, if your instant reaction on this flop wasn't a fist pump, you need to retrain yourself and start making money), I'll talk a little about the minraise.

I've been thinking a bit about PF minraises recently, and I've decided that there are some situations where it is good. It is not a part of my game, but if I'm not mistaken, it can be used effectively. Basically when your postflop edge is HUGE.

You can min-raise with a hand when you MUST see the flop. How is that? Well, a minraise makes any 3b sizing awkward - a pot bet, even an overbet 3b, still leaves TONS of room with a 100bb stack for IO. It can be used at a table full of fish and POWs, with hands like mid-pp. Say you have 77 in EP. If you go 4+1 and get 3b, you're in a pickle and probably should fold. If you minraise and get 3b, EZ ods for setmining. It can also be used for an OOP iso raise. ie, TAGs will treat it like a raise and fold marginal holdings, but an IP fish will do what fish do... call.

So, I think there's room for minraises under the following conditions:

* entire table of agro-preflop players but post-flop calling stations and payoff-wizards
* hand with high nutcapacity but low standard value

Suited broadway, mid-pp, etc. etc., against villains who will payoff. Essentially, hands you may otherwise not play, but really really really want to see a flop with.

I apologize in advance for any spate of min-raising in the uNL games in the coming weeks.
