2nd hand at table so no reads. never played with villian before but hes from Israel. 1st hand at table I made a hero river call with A high and scooped a small pot. raising pre isnt my usual play here, normally just completing. Smaller site so no converter, 6handed. So pre is meh, do you lead this turn? Are we shoving or folding?

Btn: $31 (villian)
SB: $26 (hero)

Dealt to hero: 5d5s

3 folds, btn calls .25, hero raises to $1, 1 fold, btn calls .75

Flop: 5h6h7s (pot $2.35)

Hero bets $2, villian calls $2

Turn: 8h (pot $6.35)

Hero checks, villian bets $8.50, hero??????

I'd say pot flop, bet/fold turn (1/2 pot blocker bet to get yourself a river/showdown and not let him blow you out of the pot with a pot size bet or overbet).

2 pair and overpairs will still call 1 street and vs str/flushes you still have plenty of outs (26% equity vs a straight and 23% vs a flush).
