hero 56.00 BTN QKo raise to .75
villain11.50 SB 3b 1.75 his stats are 5.8% 3b from sb
Villain is a ss reg and was tired of me 4b and started ramping up his 3b and even called my 4b with J4s ( at the time he was over 100bbs) so what do we do here with the KQ. I guess we can flat but he doesn't much money behind and he is still on the passive side he doesn't 3b a crazy amount after seeing the J4s I am guessing he might tighten up a little.
These spots like this where its a tight ss who does these small 3b but don't have much of a stack I am looking at QKo wondering what to do. Do we even have odds to call with his stack so small?
Pretty easy defend vs this sizing.
You could opt to open smaller pre tho w/ a short stacker in the blinds.
And I wouldn't label someone who called a 4b w/ J4s as tight.
Well he was tilted on that hand but normally he plays pretty tight. I was very aggro with him becasue he was nitty pre I was constantly 3 and 4b him on several tables for a few weeks and I could tell he was starting to play back some. If hes closer to 100 bbs then you have better odds to call but I am not so sure you have good odds when hes under 50bbs. Thats the problem is hes a ss so i am not sure how much value KQ has to a guy that is 3b very tight range from sb. And at the same time was getting tilty but after I saw the hand I am sure hes going to tighten back up.
