very strange line. I can't see him slowplaying a set against that drawy board. I'm also having a hard time putting him on a 7 here. I'm thinking raise as this bet looks a little like a blocker, but at the same time, I don't know if he calls you with a worse hand if you raise.

This villain is decently aggro and i can't see him not raising somewhere before the river if he's got a monster hand. For that reason I think i'd raise here.

Call, no need to bloat the pot. This is often a busted flush draw donking on a 'scare' card, and he's not likely to call a raise with a hand that can't beat KK.
