Villain was 25/20/6 over about 45 hands, no other reads. I realized just now that I should have 3-bet bigger, to like 8-8.25ish, so that was a mistake, but as the hand played, do I c-bet this flop?

You are 4betting. Fold after he 3bets.

ye 4betting TT requires at least some kinda read/history and wont be profitable vs an unknown

Calling pf is ok if you have a read on the villian that will make it profitable but don't 4 bet this.

As played I think c/f the flop and shove any turn card that < J loses the least amount of money.

Are we essentially set mining if we flat call his 3-bet?

What happens if the flop comes 3s7c9d?

This is why I just fold TT to a 3b oop UNLESS villain is going 3b crazy on the bu or co.

Against a normal TAG's 3b range (even of 6-7%) we are really at best flipping and at worse a huge dog. It's too hard to play oop and too easy to either a.)get valuetowned, b.) bluffed off the best hand

The only time i'd call a 3b with TT is a.) in position and/or b.) pretty deep with villain

I don't like the 4bet. As played I'm a little stuck on what to do, but I think I would spew my chips away on this flop. The pot is already big and it's not such a bad flop for our 10s. We still may have the best hand currently and we picked up a gut shot. Someone with more experience please advise here, but I think I would be ready to pound this flop. I really don't like the c/f line.

I actually like the 4 bet and the amount that you bet. It says I have a huge hand to most ppl at these stakes and takes control of the hand without committing you when you continuation bet the flop and he shoves. Given his stats I say he folds to a flop continuation bet enough of the time that your 4 bet is profitable. Not only that I want him calling my 4 bet so that I make more money when he folds the flop 7 or 8 times out of 10. Also it is important to keep in mind he is on the button with his stats....

Also give then fact you hold two of the tens I would go ahead and get it all in on this flop if he does shove. If you loose o well next hand.
