villain is loose passive, so i was surprised by the PSB on river, which made me think he might be bluffing.

I don't think AQ is betting like this. If the guy is that confident with AQ to make a PSB on the river, he's confident enough to raise the flop.

His line really reaks. I can't really put him on a hand here but I think his range includes missed clubs, kj, and j9. A four seems like a really possible candidate though probably part of a flush draw that picked up runner runner. In short, I'm not sure, and I'm a station so I think I call here.

there are a loooot of missed draws out there, and a lot of the time when people c/c c/c then pot it on the river I see them turn up with air. I could see myself flipping a coin and calling here

Putting people on missed draws is my specialty so I call also. It's a strange line if he has a bare Q unless he could read your exact hand, more likely to be Xc4c. If you lose the hand then it's fairly useful info.

Silly line on villain. I check my notes and if I find a reason to call I call.

He could have lotsa missed draws, A7 or AT here too that you beat.

Also, I like your flop bet size but I would have also made a PSB on the turn. Bottom two pair is a vulnerable hand and you have to make people play to draw against you.

what hand does he call the flop w/ that has a 4? pocket 4's? q4? He doesn't have a four here 99% of the time.

A set of 10's a 7's, and Q10 could play this kind of ******edly on this drawy board, but b/c you have a 7 and 10 yourself, those hand combos decrease in liklihood.

Moreover, his line wants you to believe he has a big hand, so why bet so much on the river if he wanted you to call?

Im going to say this line screams busted draw. I think it's so transparent, that SB is making a mistake by making it. The # of drawing hands, by sheer combos are great too. There are straight draws, flush draws, combo draws like a 910 type hand.

I call here 95% of the time.

makes sense.with the lone 10 in our hand i think i would muck it.but with the 7 we beat all other 10´s.and like you mentioned this is a busted draw often enough to make this call profitable

If he had a Q pairing the board shouldn't boost his confidence if he had a bad kicker, now he's got a 10 kicker, woopadeedoo! Really weird if he has a Q. Poeple love to slow play. Watch out for the set=FH, not wanting to risk you checking the river.
