Villain is 29/17 over 34 hands.

Is this a snap fold?

I bet $1.25 on the flop and I guess we can fold the river, the small turn bet and pot sized river bet means they have it in my experience. It would be a snap-call against certain villains though.

so against those "certain villains" what kind of range can we put them on that we beat that would take this line?

This looks like a made flush or he played JJ weak and got there on the river. I'd fold and wait for a better spot.

I dont think this is a snap fold.

can villain have Ac9x type hand?

also, is villain the kind that c/r with the Flush or leads?

yea this shouldn't really be a tough decision unless I have reads that villain can float out of position on low wet boards with overcards, or can turn lower pair type hands into bluffs.

Now that I look at it, it should be a snap fold. Man I really need to start taking more time when I'm analyzing a hand....

..fold
how about raising turn ? his bet is too weak and kinda polarize him , either he has flush or he is semi-bluffing and dont want to spend too much...
after raising the turn we gain iniciative and can possibly save riverbetting...
if he reraise turn its snapfold..
if he calls we can expect him to check river and we can check behind...
if he bets river he has something and we try decide considerig his betsizing.

me don't like. He is semi-bluff shoving on us alot there with FD+SD and pair+FD hands.

but I do like your reasoning and I think you contradict yourself wehn you say ...fold. if you think villain can be donk betting with a draw, why won't he bluff the river with that same busted draw?

honestly, I think this is a call just by looking at his bet sizing.

if villain is value betting on turn with the flush, why would he change his bet size on the river? i.e. if he is the kind of player that bets ~1/2 pot for value, why would he pot for value on the very next street?

unless he wanted to see the river for cheap and be able to fold if you raised on turn. then he pots it because he didn't want you to call.

either villain is severely inconsistent or is bluffing.

no raising the turn is 100% terribad. he never gets it in worse, and when he shoves were never ahead/ drawing dead

call turn fold river given villains line is the best option imo

nah dude raising the turn sucks, villain will call us with better and fold out worse. If villain can be bluffing or semibluffing in this spot then calling is much better than raising ducy?

I can see it being a good play only against weak villains who donk/call with draws and almost never shove-bluff. dont you think?

Also, it seems exploitable to me to fold overpair river every time you get double donked into when a flush card hits.

there's not much history with me and villain, also he doesn't know that I'm folding over pair so it's pretty unlikely he's going to exploit it.

sucks to throw it away but it looks like you're not good...not 2-1 good.

I am a gimbel and usually call here and take a note, but it takes a while to make $7 out of that note after

Fold river is fine, there is absolutely no value in raising the turn.

i will fold it while multitabling withou thinking about it too much..kinda automatized action...my thoughts about raising turn were ment to create some dicussion about unorthodox way of playing this hand...

i think he can be doing this easily with some tpwk or tp medium kicker + fd type of hands like 9dTc for examaple...
actually i put him on J9 with one of them in clubs considering his river bet..
