Can't see many villains checking (a) playing a set passively with a possible FD; or (b) checking a flush to you on the river.

1) Hell yes

2) Hell no, I think any kind of decent v-bet commits us here given stack sizes. I don't like it if he shoves over but I'm calling and taking a note.

3) Anywhere between $10 and shoving, hard to say exactly what's best without being at the table/having reads etc, but I see myself shoving here a load.

I don't shove. Even though we can't fold if we v-bet that doesn't mean we should necessarily shove, and a shove doesn't target the part of his range we are looking to get value from (worse Ax). I bet like $9.25 probably
