villian is 16/3/1.8 over 130 hands

firstly i know the pf raise is small but the guy who limped was like 56/40/2.0 over 100+ hands and he seems to fold to big pf raises so i didnt want to chase him away.
flop raise is really small making me think he might have a set, dont see him having 2 pair from his pf action, also dont think its KK QQ, possibly JJ / TT,
then the check on the turn confused me.

so what would you do on the flop / turn. I only have $14.xx left at the point of the turn raise so is it just an auto call?

I really dont know what the passive villain could be doing this with other than a set or some wacky 2-pair. You told him that you liked your hand on 2 streets and he re-raised you each time. This is rarely a draw from this nitty player - I fold.

Getting 3b on this flop sucks, and I might check for pot control on the turn against someone with his stats. However I don't mind how you played the hand and I'm pretty sure you have to stack off here.
