About the only thing you beat is a bluff.

Standard fold. When I first started to try and play better I know I would get frustrated when I got into these situations because all you are trying to do is stack the guy, but there are much better spots to wait for. Not only this, but he may think he can pick on you a little bit. Then, just pop him on the river.

This is definitely not a super standard fold. Its hard to say just given the stats, but there are certainly situations I call here, he could easily have picked up a draw on the turn or even be playing a 4/small PP weird.

is the number "5" the number of hands? if not, and it is a significant sample, then I'd say definitely call. If it is, I would call and reevaluate sometimes. This would have to be based more on how it feels at the time

I agree there are situations like this where you can call, but the OP doesnt have as much experience as you. I would consider this a standard fold for someone who likely isn't excellent post flop yet.

I think this is one of these hands that even if you are slightly ahead now, it's still better to let the hand go if you're not sure. You can find better spots to get your money in.

As your read get better on villains then you can start playing more borderline hands vs them.

Without a good read, this is a fold. He calls your bet on the flop and then bets on the turn. He's put $6.75 into what was a $5.25 pot before getting a reaction from you concerning his call and the turn card. It is going to cost a lot to find out if he's bluffing, which is all you can beat.

Yeah just fold. The good thing about letting these guys have a pot off you once and a while is it gives them confidence to try stuff on you later when you have your set.
