Villain is 46/38/2 over 111 hands. I have seen him bet out river with top pair on a board that had 4 hearts.

Full Tilt Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 4 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

SB: $22.90
Hero (BB): $30.10
CO: $23.95
BTN: $44.45

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with 6 8
2 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.50) 4 7 T (2 players)
SB bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

Turn: ($1.50) 5 (2 players)
SB bets $1, Hero raises to $3.50, SB calls $2.50

River: ($8.50) 3 (2 players)
SB bets $4, Hero ???

Do I raise and call a push?

I raise preflop because I don't let people limp my blind.

I fold the flop. Why do you call there? You have a gutshot, that's all.
Turn is fine.
River is a call for me, it's 1:3 to you and it's a blind battle, plus it would be a backdoor flush. You're being results oriented.

I have a double belly buster actually, the 5 and a 9 that's why I called. I wouldn't have called with a gut shot but I'm open to suggestion if you think its still a fold.

I realise river is at least a call, but would you raise here?

infinity how is he being results oriented?
i raise preflop some of the time, but not always because how how loose villain is.

How is your image against him? Standard for me is to raise this river to 11-13

I would definitely raise the river and call a push.

raise more on the turn and then shove river. i'd still shove river here or raise pot(whichever comes first), villain will normally bet pot imo if he has flush. Hope his random two pair, lower straight pays u off.

Raise river and call a shove. It's a backdoor.

Don't raise preflop. That would just be spewy against a maniac like this.

Raise more turn. $4 or $4.5 imo.

Shove river.

If it's a cooler so be it. He calls with a lot you beat.

Call. At these stakes there's too many players chasing runner runner to make raise profitable. You have a hand to show down and while a six might call a raise I dont think you'd get enough calls with worse hands to making raising pay.

Well played. I like the check preflop. I like the call on the flop, with the double belly buster. I would raise the turn for value, since your straight is still somewhat disguised. I would defintiely raise this river... its a backdoor flush in a 4-handed game, and I wouldnt worry about it too much. Raise to a fair amount that you figure villain will call, based on any reads you have.... maybe ~10.
