bet/call you can't bet fold with this pot to stack ratio. you basically have the nuts.

i would bet half pot or slightly over to induce bluffs. generally when i see people flat call 4bets its with AK, not all the time but definately a large %.

maybe I'm a little behind but... is it really plausible to 4bet with JAo? My 4betting range is QQ+,AK. JAo seems a little marginal for a 4bet imo

OP, make the 4bet larger, 2x is too small oop, especially coz his 3bet was already on the smaller side

AJ is pretty good vs 16% however that just could mean villain is on a HEATER
