Villain was playing 76/28. He's been opening a lot of hands and doesn't seem to understand position very well. I've 3B the villain 3 or 4 times and I'm assuming he is getting frustrated with me. He has folded to all my 3 bets except once where he 4 bet and gotten it in against me with AKo.

tough spot. Normally a fold but he's a donk. I think it's a pretty close call honestly between calling and folding, and i'd guess the EV isn't real big +/- in any direction. I'd personally lean toward folding.

I have to agree with the above. +1

He still is only raising 28 % of his hands and raised this UTG so that narrows the range a little more. I think he has a King or a combo draw here too often to make this worth a call. If he is raising with a combo draw then more power to him.
