villains running at 21/17.6.
10% open from EP so he is positionally aware.
only 36% fold to 3bet though so it seems like a pretty easy 3b for value.
57% fold to cbet. his range really looks like 88-QQ to me. anybody like this or do you just give up anywhere in the hand? thanks.

Definetly give up river- after he calls turn he is not ever folding on a brick getting 2-1 so save yourself 15$

Turn barell is also questionable and OK only if villain is very weak tight and wont call down with JJ in fear you have AA or KK or super floaty (57% fold 2 c-bet is not floaty esp. in 3 bet pot)

Its a common sight when seemingly good villains cant fold to 3 bets and just call with a good PP and than cant fold if no overs flop no matter what since they still have strong donk genes active.

Question: If you're c/f the turn, why c-bet the flop, though? What hands are calling a c-bet on the flop? 57% fold to cbet isn't particularly low, as BusterSL mentioned. I'm assuming any overpair isn't folding to 1 bet on the flop. And I don't see this sort of player floating many A-highs. So isn't there really no value in betting the flop here (not getting called by worse, not folding out better), unless you're setting up a double/triple barrel and expecting to take it down there?

(ps. this isn't meant as a snarky/sarcastic criticism kind of question, though I know it could read that way. it's an honest question that I want to know the answer to.)

I'm thinking give up on turn, as played give up on riv. No reason to get him to fold AQ. He probably has a pocket pair most of the time, and you're firing away at bad barrell cards.

preflop is ok. otf u are trying to rep a big pair so u def need to cbet much bigger prob closer to 5. if called shut down w/o significant reads that villain will float a wide range otf. this is the very def of overplaying ak

i was kind of thinking along the same lines. i think it's really weak to C/F the turn against this villain when his hand is pretty much face up. i know he's not floating me with hands like AJ, AQ, etc. its almost always a middle pair and i know if i was in his shoes, having to call a triple barrel on a board like that with a hand like 1010 is a tough decision. should have mentioned it in the OP, but i play nitty. something like 16/14/4. i think if im going to double barrel its a mandatory triple one though i could be wrong.

I bet 3 otf and give up turn. Dont think trying to get him off TT is a good idea.

I think either ch flop, or ch/shove turn would be good. But anyway, dont barrel, at least this, river. Maybe Q and ofc K,A rivers would be good to barrel.

I think check/folding the turn after the c-bet is best ...esp in the micro stakes.

cheak river the rest of the hand is kinda ok i probs would not double barrell semi bluff though especially at these stakes. there are so many pps that will call off here and not that much that folds
