I don't ever 3-bet this pre, I don't think its ever really a value 3-bet but then again flatting KQs oop will really limit our options postflop (like fit-or-fold a lot of the time) so maybe I need to expand my play.

As played hand looks really standard, flop c-bet is good with overs+FD and some FE against AQ or flatted AK. With nearly 1/3 your stack in and a gutshot redraw on the turn I think you are always bet/calling.

Flop is fine

I would check call turn as long as 3/4 pot or below, c/f otherwise
push river on a made draw, check fold if i miss completely... however im not sure what i would do if the river came a K or Q

I cant decide whether check calling or bet folding would be better for a K or Q on the river. Obviously i wouldn't check call an all in on the river with it tho...

Flat pre. Why would you 3b light OOP against a 19/12 raising UTG? 3b this just seems like burning money.

Nonetheless, you're pretty much going to commit with this hand on both this flop and turn. Post-flop, this is all really standard.

wouldn't most of you think a flat here is a leak? 3b or fold right?

I dont really mind the 3bet but I could've folded here If villain has not been fooling around too much...
Cbetting the flop is fine too ...yet it does tell u that u dont have too much fold equity..with your Draw being this good ( Gutty+F.D. ). I would c/c turn to try and bust him wen I hit my draw...
Leading turn is bad because your flop cbet being called by a tightish guy is a strong enough indication of lack of fold equity. Nor is the turn card a scare card which generates any F.E.
And if he does have a hand he likes this would be a good time to draw against it and bust him seems more profitable ( provided he bets like 9~10 ).

Actually don't mind a fold here preflop seeing that villain is 19/12 and opening UTG which means he is really at the top of his opening range here. If you are 3betting this which I believe is also ok you have to know that this is a 3bet bluff and play the hand accordingly. Since you 3bet oop technically as a bluff and decided to cbet you have to follow through with a 2nd barrel as villain could be floating etc. with any pp. Doubt your overs are live here especially after his turn shove however you have priced yourself in. Also stats which could be relevant would be villains fold to 3bet and fold to cbet etc as these could sway your decisions on the flop/turn.
