Villain was 40/13 over 50 hands and playing passively

Usually when a fish goes that strong for it i fold but this looks like a bluff....but again his line is somewhat strong , he calls 3bet , calls my bet flop and then donks the turn...

He can have anything (bigger flush , strange double pair , a set...) aarrgghh thoughts please !!

btw what a poor bet on the flop lol
