Full Tilt, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players
Hand Details

Hero (MP2): $25.71 (102.8 bb)
MP1: $25 (100 bb)
UTG+2: $31.49 (126 bb)
UTG+1: $11.14 (44.6 bb)
BB: $25 (100 bb)
SB: $22.40 (89.6 bb)
BTN: $25 (100 bb)
CO: $25.25 (101 bb)
MP3: $8.07 (32.3 bb)

Reads: UTG is a 28/8 limp folds 65% of times (limps 20% of times, 300 hands).

UTG+1 is a 56/16 fish with aggro factor 5.2. There's quite a bit of history with him. It seems he minraises any raise/call before him if he has a pocket pair. He also is not shy of getting in preflop with 66 against a shortstack ( 30 BB ). Cbet is 86%, Donk bet is 82% (sample 100 hands.) He also slow-played trip A a few hands before this (check/called flop, check/raised turn.)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A Q
UTG+1 calls $0.25, UTG+2 raises to $0.50, MP1 folds, Hero raises to $2.25, 6 folds, UTG+2 calls $1.75

I figure AQ rates best hand preflop, and I want to ISO the aggro fish, which I succeed.

Flop: ($5.10) 5 8 6 (2 players)
UTG+2 bets $2, Hero raises to $6, UTG+2 calls $4

This bet smelled weakness to me, and I decided it's a good spot to take it away. I'm also thinking that he has a pocket pair and that he will probably lay it down. First mistake?

Turn: ($17.10) Q (2 players)

I pick up my wonder card. Do I bet or check behind to induce river bluffs?

UTG+2 checks, Hero bets $9.25, UTG+2 calls $9.25

River: ($35.60) 2 (2 players)
UTG+2 bets $0.50, Hero raises to $8.21 and is all-in, UTG+2 calls $7.71

This is a really weird bet, bad raise? I'm not getting any better hands to fold right? Worse might call (like if he has TT, JJ, etc.)

I would just flat the flop donk bet since he will stick around with lots of pair + f/d hands and if he's aggro he might just spazz shove A7 or something and then you have to fold the best hand. You don't know how often he folds pairs to raises either.

In retrospective I would probably fold the flop. But given that I took that line, and I hit my Q on turn, can I continue bashing?

yes. while this board drills his range his line is pretty weak. especially the river. id raise that for value every time. that bet means please dont bet too much because i want to show my mediocre hand down.

Assume he has JJ here. Do you think he would call a raise on the river, given his min-bet on the river?

i think he'd call the right bet size. i mean you only have 7 behind so you cant do much else but push. anything less seems to really want a call. i think some percentage of the time your shove would entice the call.

Nh though I'm not a fan of the flop raise. Aggro maniacs don't fold pps. They have a pair. A PAIR. OMG PAIR.

Getting TPTK against a fish is fine imo.
