Villain was a complete spewy, never folding oop, this is my first 3bet of the match, he also almoust always fires if I check to him.
What do u think of my line on flop?

Full Tilt Poker $22 + $1 Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t20/t40 Blinds - 2 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

Hero (BB): t1860 M = 31
BTN/SB: t1140 M = 19

Pre Flop: (t60) Hero is BB with J J
BTN/SB raises to t80, Hero raises to t280, BTN/SB calls t200

Raised a little bigger to exploit his loose tendencies since I really don't expect a fold from him.

Flop: (t560) A 9 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets t680, Hero raises to t1580 all in, BTN/SB folds

Got a little bit confused if I should lead or c/c, I opt for the c/c to give him a chance to put some chips in. IS this ok facing this type of villain?

Flop looks good with the read. C/c looks more +ev than leading on this board.

When you push, what do you expect to get called by? Probably all Ax and 9x.

I would prefer to check-call and if you are going to put all your chips in give him another chance to bluff on the turn (of course with the risk of being outdrawn by K-/Qx).

He had only 145 chips behind, that's why I shoved.

You're right mate, I didn't see that his bet was that big.
