this, good card to bluff out his random floats and 2x/small pocket pair/A-high because calling down with QJ-high isn't best thing to do

my thoughts are that villain has ether a 10 or air as he limp called so that means he is not very likly to have a 2 now h wasnt limping every hand so i assume that it is rare for him to a hand that beats me pre flop like ace or k high or a pair so now on the turn i think that 17% of the time i hit my straight and win (lets keep it simple shall we) and then some of the time he was floating a dry board and q jack high is the best hand what ever happens i plan to to check river unless i hit a q or j then i may blocker bet but i check my q high expecting to be good a decent amount of the time on the river and i check my straight so a can c/r bluffs and trips

are the odds good enough to do that would most people c/f turn ?

I'd cbet 90 on flop and bet turn tbh.
