Villain is 16/15/1.55 over 75 hands. Pretty solid from what I can tell. Steals a lot in position.

You're getting excellent implied odds to draw to your boat in position, so atleast call.

It seems unlikely that he's doing this on a semi-bluff or with a worse hand (not really many likely 2 pair hands etc.) so I can't see raising all-in being good (would def. be different OOP). So I think I'd call and see what he does on the river.

Your bet sizing is a leak postflop; too small. Adopt closer to a 5/6ths pot flop - 3/4th pot turn scheme.

Luckily for you, his bet sizing sucks worse and w/ around 25.5% equity needed to call the turn raise + the implied odds of getting his stack on the river close to 100% when you fill up + having around 22.7% equity as it stands, you can take the painful but +EV route of calling and probably folding the river UI.
