i think 1/2 pot is alright. doubt he's floating you with Ax 5way. prob some mid pair.

No because when he calls turn AcXc, A5 etc is most of his range for calling river.

I think I'd check back this turn to try and get an extra street on the river, think he is more likely to call river when you check turn than just call turn, altho if he is a good thinking player then I'd bet as if we check turn he knows he is beat as its a card we'd like always bluff.

If we checked river i think it would have to be to c/f, don't see villain turning any hand he calls with into a bluff at 20NL.
