It's weird because we block one straight but unblock the other. Inclined to FOLD or RAISE

Cant imagine hes raising a 10 on flop for value but who knows. Maybe QJ, maybe a slow played 10-9. Im suspicious so Id probably call here and see what hes up to but i cant imagine it matters much either way
