I am slightly worried that our half pot bets induced a bluff raise, but I mostly just think he wandered into 2 pair most of the time. And just in general, people don't bluff raise rivers very often. I fold.

I think you should go bigger ott. Most 2p+ lead ott and Qx Ax will call even bigger bet.
Otr- His raise is a bit weird...Most 2p+ would lead or XR turn and he hits pretty much no strong hands on this river. I kind like calling.
