Very competent reg. 22/18/10 or so.

Doesn't get out of line much. Bluffs aren't frequent, etc etc.

Plays so much, some might think Bot. Lots of play time. But I think plays too well to be a break even rakebot.
I don't expect him to have any hands outside the normal pre flop ranges. Maybe somethings different on the fringes, but nothing major.

So I expect him to 4bet AQo, KQs, JJ+. A5s, etc. Mix calls and 4bets with TT/99.

Call with AQs, High PP mixed, and fair amount of small pocket pairs. Good amount of suited connectors. Etc.

He's got enough data on me, I'm sure he knows I'm 3betting with the standard HJ open Co 3bet range.

Flop is Q high. So, kinda middle of the road for us. If he has a Q, he's probably not folding and we are crushed. If he has TT/99...maybe 88/77, we might be able to get some value.

I start with a Cbet, which gets called with average time.

Turn pairs hands like 65hh, A5hh, etc. So he may have picked up some equity. He checks

This is where I took some time to think. I worried if I check back, he can really size up on river with bluffs and value and make life hard for me. If I bet here, maybe he folds, but if not, unless he has a small set and hoping I have AQ or AA/KK, he's probably going to call turn and check river.

So, I decided to set my price on the turn. Half pot seemed not weak enough to induce a raise, and also not large enough he thinks I'm going with AA if he has a set and also induces a jam. This also gets me pretty much exactly a pot sized bet on river. So he may even notice I'm setting up a river jam and dump QTs (non hearts of course).

River, I was checking back unless Jd in which case I'd shove.

As it turns out, we were absolutely crushed. LOL

Is this logic/line g2g, or would you change something?

Or do you guys prefer checking turn back, and then calling 1/2 pot or smaller river bets?

This seems to be the line the solver likes.

But IRL, I think there's real possibility of facing large river bets if we check turn. I could be completely wrong though.

And actually after running it, seems like solver likes to check turn and make JJ a bluff catcher. Even as high as 50% on a river shive on 9h. I hadn't thought about the bluff catcher aspect. I was too concerned getting to showdown cheaply.

22/18/10 seem a bit of tight reg
Turn is too thin. Your hand is not strong enough to bet, he just has too many Qx at this poit.
