Hand 2 is good, except I might fold preflop with no reads. If I call for set value with 33 I wanna know that the dude has a strong hand.

Don't like hand 1, I would just call on the turn. Do you really wanna get it allin here? I don't think you are ahead here like ever. If you´re lucky you might have more then 1 out. :-p
