Villain is very aggressive, and I have been playing him for maybe 50 hands. He is capable of floating/bluffing, etc. He also has been 3-betting me preflop with a wide range of hands.

Full Tilt Poker - Pot Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 3 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $626.50
BB: $144.00
BTN: $600.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt J T (3 Players)
BTN raises to $14.00, Hero raises to $46.00, BB folds, BTN calls $32.00

Flop: ($96) J 4 T (2 Players)
Hero bets $70.00, BTN calls $70.00

Turn: ($236) 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $236.00, Hero???

youre not even that deep and your hand is huge. i also hate the turn check. now that you did check, push.

Normally I would agree with you here. But I kinda felt like villain is smart enough to know that I know that. He knows he's committing himself with this bet. I just don't see him floating the turn with something like mid pair and then turning his hand into a bluff.
