Felt i may have missed a value raise on the river but thought that might of been pretty thin

Not a fan of the pre-flop flat call OOP. 4-bet or fold there. Against those stats i would probably fold but it is very close.

As played though it looks good. There's no value in re-raising river.

You lose to:
AK, KK, AA 10 combos and maybe he sometimes has A7s, K7s, 87s, 67s if he 3bets lite with that kind of hands. Not sure how many combos we should give villain for these hands since he does not 3bet them always. I will guess 2 more combos so 12 together.
I think he will bet any A for value here, since it's a split pot most of the time. So AQ for 8 combos+some random suited aces if he does 3bet light with that kind of hands, maybe 2 combos more. I think bluffs are unlikely.
So it is definitely a call AP.
What do you guys think about betting big OTR, to get called by an A that thinks there will be a split pot? When raised it is an easy fold to us.
Maybe someone could advise me on how many combos of those weak hands(suited aces, and conectors) should we add to his range, assuming we have seen him 3bet those in the past?
