Set a stop-loss, at least a rest/break-loss.

Seriously one of the best things I have ever ever done.

Was it primarily against one player? Sometimes no matter what you do you can’t beat a guy on a heater. Definitely use a stop loss. I would use one for the session and a separate one per opponent. So I would quite an opponent after losing 3 BI’s and then maybe quite the session after losing 6 or 7. The numbers are up to you, I just know that after those many BI’s I start to not be playing my A game and rather I’m just trying harder to win my money back.

I played some guy who is normally a 1-2 reg winning player and he was good and at teh same time on a heater. I wasnt getting sucked out on just every hand a setup, like i turn top 2 pair he turns gut shot str8 sorta thing. I noticed i was playing maybe too aggressive and the fact I was completely card dead was destroying me. won 6 back today so only down 8 or so from peak.

I'm the dumbest HU player on earth. I've managed to lose 16 buy-ins to the bigest drooler yesterday, who started out with 40bbs(and previously this guy stacked off to me and did not reload and left, then came back stacked off again, i've asked him pls reload at least to 50bbs, but NO - he did not and i was DUMB to say ok, he is too bad why don't i play him..
I told myself so many times, if u r down 3-4 buy-ins, just **** QUIT no matter how bad opponent is, but NO - i have to be completely ******ed and believe that ABC/SF play and the distance will cure the problem vs complete random clicker - but it's just a fairytale(w/e). Everytime I've grinded back to 200-300bbs he managed to random-click-own playing roulette and I did not even tilt, and was so *** sure that he will go down at some point for sure with his huge leaks, but NO - it's all fairy tales.
Then I play some regfish, who is so ez and pleasurable to play against, and it smoothed me - I was like WTF, this reg playing me 2 tables is the easiest spot, i've grinded him down for 4 buy-ins he disconnected and left. Then I find him again, play 2 tables he manage to suck out in 150bb pot and then stacking off in minraised pot with tens on 765r flop against my 76 and goes on a preflop supercards heater, taking me down for 8 buy-ins in like 5 minutes. 21 buy-ins down and i feel like WTF is going on...
I don't understand one thing - why I never had the opposite vs the player who is definetly has alot of huge leaks and somehow I never have a chance to exloit him for 10-15 buy-ins?
Maybe I am myself the biggest ***** fish, because i keep reloading and keep reloading while all these random-clicker monkeys after losing just a buy-in or even a half INSTA-boost home to mommies.
Why am I so **** dumb? WHY? WHY?

I promised to myself so many times to quit the fish after losing 3-4 buy-ins, but no, I never been able to actually stick to it, and rarely had a chance to regain chips. And I imagine what would've happen if i was prompt to tilt big time. This is ridiculous.

Even though you think you have an edge, sometimes its better to quit as you lose the momentum and always trying to build big pots to try and regain your money.
