Pre I 4x 3bet here since I'm pretty deep vs V and OOP. Perhaps I could've made it slightly bigger still though?

On the flop looking back I think I should just bet here. I checked at the time because I didn't want to stack of with AA this deep here.

On the river when he raises I can't think of any value hands he shows up with here. I think KK would've 3! preflop and I think I would've heard about it by this point if he had TT or KT given that he X'ed back the flop and he just flatted the turn I think he doesn't have those hands. Is this a call on the river as played? I feel like barely anybody bluffs river like this but at the same time I'm struggling to put him on a value hand.

Thoughts on how I played each street would be appreciated thank you!

First of all, I think you should have led out on the turn. A lot of cards can come that put you in an tougher spot OOP so I would be leading here almost 100% of the time, and continuing to bet on that turn card as well.

As played, His call on the turn is both tricky and well executed, and I'd guess that he either is on a strong draw, he hit a set, or he has a 2pair of suited connectors. When he raises you all in on the river, it is basically either missed-draw bluffs or strong hands. Tough spot, but against semi-lags like this guy I'm probably folding. If its an aggro-tard-fish, I'm calling all day.

Right so sizing pre in fine, could be bigger but nothing wrong with a 4x.

I'm betting flop here, your reasoning is you don't want to get stacks in but our hand is strong enough to bet for value here especially when his range is likely to get a piece of that board. If he has you beat it's a bit of a cooler, it happens. Let's also add in the fact that if flop goes check check some dodgy turn can come and put you in a rough spot OOP.

As played I'm leading turn, let's try and inflate the pot when we probably have the best hand.

And now to the river, he's polarized alright. I don't he has enough strong hands the way he's played here to warrant folding.

    I'm calling.

5 years ago you were good to call.

    Now... doubt it.
Think u are only beating Kx.

Since you're blocking most Ax combos I feel like his range is heavily weighted towards PP's pre, maybe some suited brodways and suited connectors. So I don't mind the flop check, only thing you could be targeting here is KQ/KJ maybe.

On the turn we definitely need to start betting. River is tough I feel like he'd play TT/77 the same way maybe even KT. Also there are barely any busted draws here besides QJ.

So as he has a small amount of bluffs or value hands in his range you can go either way I'd probably fold though I don't think there are many regs pulling bluffs like this at NL10.
