10NL what does a limp min-reraise from fish mean? 10NL what does a limp min-reraise from fish mean?

This kind of spot is confusing me because it is something I would never do.

At first I thought villain would limp re-raise with a strong hand but then why would he check the flop?

Is it okay to check back the flop? Then what should I do on turn when he bets small?

villain is 48/8 over 49 hands

Well played imo. But I actually don't mind calling river here, to bluff catch and for info.

Well played. I'd call a smaller bet, but that bet looks strong for a fish (he likely slow played AK/AA/ or a set). What's his AF postflop? Because some fish are aggressive post, but against your typical weak/tight villain, I fold.
