    I'm not going to say flat-out to fold preflop; there is too much I don't know about range construction.

    I will say that, in my ignorance about range construction, I would fold preflop.

    ETA: It sure looks to me like the river decision is whether or not to risk $7.53 for a chance of winning $0.94 (less rake). It seems to me likely that the villain has an 8 and no small chance that they have 98.
