MP3 has stats of 55/6 over 84 Hands with a small AF factor (loose passive)
UTG+1 is unknown, but seems also on the lose passive side
I'm not sure what the range of MP3 on the turn looks like, for me he can raise a lot there (flushdraws, sets which he slowplayed,..) However, I'm not sure if the shove was correct , what do you think?
Turn: ($4) 6 (3 players)
Hero bets $2, UTG+1 calls $2, MP3 raises to $4, Hero raises to $8.70 and is all-in, UTG+1 calls $4.18, MP3 calls $4.70
River: ($27.58) 4 (3 players, 1 is all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: $27.58 pot ($1.24 rake)
Final Board: Q 8 7 6 4
Hero showed Q Q and lost (-$10 net)
UTG+1 showed T 6 and lost (-$7.48 net)
MP3 showed T 9 and won $26.34 ($16.34 net)
bet bigger first of all on the flop. More like 1-1.20, half pot is just too small. On the turn, bet slightly bigger, and call the min raise w odds to catch up when behind. Prob not folding here, there are too many lower sets/two pairs that may play like this

Agree with the flop size
Why call the min raise? It just make no sense when we have 4 $ behind. . He will not stack of his draws otr if he not completes and a T or a 5 freeze the action
