This looks like a standard spot for setmining to me, just call. Raising from the BB means you're playing OOP on the flop, so unless you're an expert at post-flop play I wouldn't be 3-betting here. At 10NL there's no need to get too fancy with hands like this, I'd just be playing it as fit-or-fold.

If the BTN opened the hand with a raise, then a 3-bet against a 27% ATS has a fair chance of working. However, the UTG entered the hand first. The BTN's range is going to be narrower than 27%. He should expect that the UTG is going to call. Therefore, a call on your part is the best move.

i would have called the raise... hit the set and own him or try to outplay him on flop...

go with my first option because outplaying people in 10NL is a waste of time.
