Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is MP2 with T K
2 folds, UTG+2 raises to $0.30, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.30, 4 folds

Flop: ($0.75) A A A (2 players)
UTG+2 bets $0.40, Hero?

In retrospect, I should've folded pre-flop, as villain's stack wasn't large enough for me to play a suited two-gapper.

When he bet, my initial reaction was "No way you have the case ace!" Should I call, raise, or fold?

Meh. Raising here is definitely a bad idea. You're either drawing to the King to chop, or to beat a lower pocket pair, but I'm pretty certain once the King it's going to kill the action, so just fold.

I fixed your post, but what you said above deserves attention.

1) Drawing to a chop at best is never a good idea. Not in any form of poker.
2) If the cards we're drawing to are action-killers against worse hands, the implied odds are just not there.

Number two contributes to winrate. Big time.

snap fold pre and snap fold flop. villain could have easily boated up OTF with a PP, and as zeebo states, "DON'T try to make a villain fold a FH" - it's pure spew to even contemplate it. plus, as mentioned, the cards you need are action-killers to the hands you are most likely to get value from.

I think at these levels people aren't going to fold any pair, especially with his stack size. If he's bluffing then you should definitely tip your hat to him. But as is, I don't think I have fold equity and I'll just assume he has a pair.

Especially when it's a suited two-gapper that's a typical trap hand. You're hoping for a miracle flop here.

pf is just so bad. You can't call EP raises in RUSH with garbage no matter what the stack sizes.
