Don't go broke in limped pots. Fold. BB has the nuts.

^ Pot isn't limped. I think depending on how bad he is we can find a value jam here. I think we see 33 and 55 a lot more than T9s here. You could even see the occasional QJs. If you think he'll never raise/fold those hands then I'd jam. You like never have T9, QQ or JJ given action. And he should know that, so you rep thin and he can call with the aforementioned hands. + people just don't like to fold sets so if he has one I doubt he will.

i think lower sets would bet the turn along with QJ. Also don't think this is a bluff

id fold in theory but probably call in practice

I misread preflop action, my bad.

With BTN calling the river bet, I don't think BB has any air in his range. I think that his line is consistent with a hand that improved on the river since all of his other strong made hands would've either bet the flop or the turn. I think it's more likely that he has a hand like 55 than 33. I think 33 would be compelled to bet the river after it checks through twice. 55, less so, but I think he leads the river a good amount of the time as well.

I put T9o in villain's range as well, considering he bought in for a half stack and he's in the blinds. I think villain has QJ here never.

My range might be too tight, but I think this is a pretty accurate weighted range of hands for villain:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 33.333% 33.33% 00.00% 15 0.00 { 88 }
Hand 1: 66.667% 66.67% 00.00% 30 0.00 { 5c5s, 5h5s, 3d3s, 3h3s, QhJh, QsJs, T9s, Tc9d, Tc9h, Tc9s, Td9h, Td9s, Th9s }

I don't think calling here would be terrible, but I think it's definitely call/fold.
