The only hands I can see you getting value from OTT are QxKs and QxJs. For this reason I think the turn bet becomes a bet to avoid tricky river spots where villain might turn Qx into a bluff on the river.

In fact if you think villain is capable of this then check back and call river, if not I'd check and fold on the river. Your obv folding to a turn crai and get value from such a narrow range, I dont see any reason to bet.

C back turn. Villains range for calling the flop c/r is mostly TP and draws, and every single draw except J9 just got there. If we bet we will be far behind his continuing range. We may even be behind his range already. I Don't think betting for protection to fold J9 or QKo is enough justification for betting either.

chek turn behind, lots of times they are gonna c/r the turn, and check the river behind unless you fill up

i prefer reraising more on such a wet flop and bombing blank turns. Id make it $3 as played i think $1.40 accomplishes the same as a bigger bet ott. Or check behind and take a free card why inflate the pot.
