Don't know if i should be raising the flop here. Was afraid of getting xr'd OTT, but i think it's bad to give draws a free card. Bet turn? On the other hand his A flush draws just hit bingo.
Feel like i might have misplayed a lot here. Thoughts?

Raise more pre with the fish limping, to 50 or 60c. I'd probably raise the flop and fold to a 3B.

dont raise flop, you over rep your hand and isolate yourself against a range that crushes you.

call is good, not fist pumping but folding is a bit weak since he could donk a lot of rubbish here (that doesnt necessarily call a raise)

turn is a bet, i think they will be barreling most strong hands for value on such a co-ordinated board (including turned Ax) so we can just bet for value vs random 8x/9x, pair + draw and whatever else and then probably check back river since we rep a pretty strong range and he doesn't have much to call with. or else you could maybe bet really small and hope to get called light, that's an option too i think.

It depends on villain if we raise or not. What do we do if we call, the turn is a spade,A,K,9,5,T and he bets again? Agaisnt a tight reg, I call OTF. Against others I raise, especially a fish that could have something like 9x and isn't folding.

of course whether we raise or not depends on villain, that is obviously a fundamental factor in our decision, but we weren't given any particularly useful information that could influence whether we raise flop or not, so I am going with the standard line against a player with these particular stats.

If we call and he barrels dodgy turns, we can fold. He is leading into a 4way pot with a fish in and then when we show strength by calling flop, and he continues to barrel us and therefore more than likely has a strong hand. also this hand probably starts to get towards the bottom of our turn range when we call flop and a concerning turn card comes, so it isn't like we are getting exploiting much, if at all and our overall strategy isn't going to be drastically affected by making a few marginally bad folds in this specific spot.

WP,

don't raise the flop unless your stacking off which wouldn't be recommended.
