Not sure I see the value in calling flop unless we have reads that villain likes to cbet once and give up. We're not going to like most turns.

Are you suggesting we should fold 2nd pair here? Most villains will cbet this flop with almost all of their air and probably checkback their weaker showdown value hands. Surely we are ahead of his cbetting range on the flop?

Raise pre!!!

As played call flop but fold river... BTN could easy check back turn for pot control with an A or maybe a Q...

Looks like he binked his Q on the turn and is betting for value after he pot controlled turn. In spots like this I flip a coin if Villain is not spewy to decide if I call and always call if Villain is prone to bluffing.

Another option is reraising to about 2,50$, which I also sometimes do. He can't have a strong hand and you could very well have an Ace here.
