Villain has been calling most of my raises, when OOP he check folds or bets pot on the flop.

Check behind. I wouldn't evne bet the turn since the hands he calls on the flop are aces (and your kicker ain't beating much), KQ and flushdraws. When he calls on the turn, I think you're generally beat, though you might be good sometimes since people at NL10 play really bad. There's no value in betting the river though. What worse hands can he possibly call with? You get called more often by hands that beat you than hands that you beat, so you lose money by betting in the long run.
