CO is 24/18/infinity over 17 hands
SB is 59/24/.7 over the same sample.

I squeezed in the BB because I figured they could call with worse hands and then cbet a bad board because I thought things like 66 or AK or TT might fold... Did I just get really lucky?

Merge No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed)

CO ($9.33)
Button ($7.82)
SB ($5.67)
Hero (BB) ($10)
UTG ($9.70)
MP ($10.19)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, K
2 folds, CO bets $0.30, 1 fold, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $0.90, CO calls $0.60, SB calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.70) 9, J, 7 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.80, 2 folds

Total pot: $2.70

I generally 3-bet KQ because better hands (ace high, small pairs) will fold, not because worse will call (opponents generally don't call 3-bets with small suited connectors or worse kings/queens).

what's CO fold to 3bet?

I would just c/f this flop especialy vs. 2 players.

Well, a 59/24 doesn't really know wtf he's doing, right?

50% on two samples. One of which was this hand. Doesn't really help imo.

then don't 3bet, you don't know anything about his players, you won't get enough folds and you will play 3bet pot OOP with marginal hand, just call preflop and play

Squezze is total std,u iso the fish and fold out a lot of CO range. I would make it 4x pre.

You have a gutter + live overs vs fish.

CO is most likely playing straightforward, prolyl might fold much more in a multiway than HU so I like it

we don't know anything about this 2 players and we can't know if they play straight forward or not after 17 hands. He might 4bet light, he might play agresivly postflop, we don't know how he playes draws... we don't have basicly no info on this players. Also fish might not be fish, he just might hit some hands in 17 hands sample.

sqz standard. Cbetting the flop is a bit awkward. You have a lot of ways to realize your equity and getting raised off it( especially when the fish hits this flop pretty hard usually) sucks.

Squeezing here is fairly standard, but remember you are looking for the CO to fold and maybe iso the fish IP of have him fold. Given your hand and starting position and it's multiway I think you should be 3-betting to $1.20-1.50.

Think you have to C-Bet the flop, it's unlikely to have hit their calling range (I could be wrong, better plays might correct this) and you rep super premiums which they would probably have 4-bet if they had them.

Oh and I don't think the villain is ever folding AK, he would more likely 4-bet and he probably flats TT.

lol I love how everyone is all "lawl standard" even though we have barely any info on the players...

Agreed, I'd like to have a few more hands / reads. But remember this is nl10, its rare to have a meaningful sample on anyone.

I actually like your small 3bet size, but im flatting most of the time pre, since most of the time we are not really ahead of COs calling range and i think its better not to narrow them both down.

May I ask why you like the 3-bet sizing?

i just call pre. your hand is strong vs. co opening range, plays pretty well mutliway, and you have position vs. a fish. CO will also be forced to play pretty straightforward postflop with this other guy in there, so it should be a very profitable call with KQs.

I like the 3bet but it should be bigger more like $1.2. I think you'll often get the CO to fold a better hand and then be called by a worse in the SB.

CB is fine too, with the fish still to act after the CO he is forced to play honestly so you won't ever get messed with despite it being a somewhat good flop to attack your weakish range. SB will call a lot I think but that's OK as you have good equity vs his calling range and are IP vs him.

Edit: I think calling is +ev too but not as good. You'll be forced to play somewhat fit/fold and CO won't CB air too often with fish in the pot too which is bad for you. HU vs CO it's an obv call pre as he'll Cbet too much and give you good implied odds to hit a pair. And there will be plenty of good flops (like this one) where you can x/r
