Yeah, I'm calling for minimum bets. Folding to minimum bets without a specific read is pretty nitty I think and you'll get pushed off too many hands if u do.
He's either baiting you with a flush /house or - just as likely- he is a fish with a marginal hand and his small bets represent uncertainty.
