Villain's stats: 25/18/3.0

Small sample size, but he's positional aware, etc, so I'm sure he's a TAG who knows what he's doing.

I've been raising a lot on the button, plus from the cutoff and the SB when folded around, and I'm sure he's frustrated with me.

I do cbet a lot. He's aware of this, and has check-raised me on the flop a couple of times.

Set? Flush draw with overs? Top pair? JJ+? Should I let him see the turn, or should I 4bet here?

i would just raise and stack on the flop. bvb vs. another reg you're gonna get action from all kinds of stuff.

No need to let him see the turn, keep raising and making him more frustrated. If he shoves I think u can call.
No set -he would have raised pf w PP since u have been stealing from him many times and he probably wants to defend with PP.

I agree raise and get it in. Some merit to calling and letting him bluff but you need to be certain that he is likely out of line or on tilt (i.e. not in this instance).

Yeah and there are also quite some turn cards you do not wanna see.

I would just 3bet and call a shove.

This is such an easy raise and call a shove, if he's frustrated he's more likely to shove wider. Seeing the turn is a pretty bad option I think cus there are plenty of cards that's gonna make you less sure about your hand.
