It's highly unlikely villain is bluffing in this specific spot. The hands that might bluff OTR would be broadways that gave villain a gutter but it is unlikely given we hold 2 kings. Just fold. I do understand why you might be second guessing this spot- villain's lead out OTR doesn't make total sense but I think a competent opponent might check again w/ an ace. I would still cbet this flop for balance, value, and b/c its pretty drawy.

Flop check is good. Turn decison is a bit more interesting, and river is a fold as played.

Can't he have QQ here and think that he is betting for value or block? He really has AK and then he checks twice on this board? or JJ for the same reason??

Push all in preflop at 10NL. Same with AA.

Are you kidding ? Shove 100bb over a 4bb open ??

Flopcheck is good, nothing worse will call a cbet. About turn I'm not really sure, if a c/b could be better. As played fold river, you beat only TT (maybe 77, 66, 55), but lose against AQ, AJ (maybe AT) and sets, what are way more combos.

Like I said you beat QQ too which is a likely hand here, why any set or Ax would check twice with such a wet board??

the thing is, as likely as it is he has some medium strength hand worse than yours blockbetting, it's just as likely he checks turn with an A or a set cause we dont know how he plays and when we get to the river, it's more likely he's betting his value hands than sdv ones, so overall he should show up more often with a hand that beats us.

I'm not folding. straight + flush draws came on turn and it's unlikely villain is checking turn after OP checks back flop with an A. I'd expect a lot of draws including Tx to be in villain's range.

Also OP's line seems fairly weak and when villain misses draws, donk bluffing river seems like a pretty good idea. Folds out Jx hands some amount of times and 9x/8x hands are pretty hard to call with. Also villain may have air and is trying to fold out Kx hands that check back river.

PS: I'm a station.

This would be an extremely odd line for a bluff. While I do agree that villain has some draws in his range that does not mean he would bet This river when bricking. By the same token, it does not necessarily mean he doesn't have an ace either. I fold pretty quickly against this bet imo.
