Fold. It's a 3way pot, and he just 3-bet you all-in and all you have is top pair with 2nd best kicker. He could have so many hands that beat you like TJ, 22, TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, AJ. All you beat is a flush draw, which he probably doesn't have because that would be a crazy move, and even if he does he will have almost 40% equity.

Also don't raise flop just call since we don't have good reads. We don't know if he will call worse hands but we know he will call or raise with better.

I think until you know for example that he is playing his draws or TP type hand very aggressively it is a fold

Also think that giving his stats he will limp pre 22,TJ and a lot of his suited hands so IMo he has sth like TT+, AJ that beats you
